Processing personal data
APNet processes personal data as you are using our services and/or have provided those data yourself to our organization. Below you will find a list of the personal data that we process:

APNet does not sell your data to third parties and will exclusively provide this data in case this is necessary to execute our agreement with you or to fulfill a legal obligation. With businesses that process your data on our account, we will make a processor agreement to ensure that the same level of security and privacy of your data is ensured. APNet remains responsible for the processing of this data.

APNet only uses technical, functional and analytical cookies that do not breach your privacy. To ensure that your request to see your data is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identification with your request. In this copy, we ask you that you first black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the area at the bottom your passport with the numbers), your passport number and Social Security ID (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. APNet will reply to your request as possible, but latest within four weeks.
